A single saturated black circle at the centre — the bindu, the point, the seed — sitting on a field divided into saffron, viridian, vermillion, and indigo quadrants. Hard-edged where the colours meet, the geometry quiet rather than rigid. I wanted something that worked as decoration and as meditation in the same breath. Square format because the symmetry asks for it. Reads especially well over a low piece of furniture.
